Pittsburgh Pirates Creative Dep.

The first thing that I found interesting is when one of the creators got  asked "How do you keep the product fresh, new and interesting?  " and he said " I like to keep up with sites like designspiration.net or dibbble.com to see what other people are creating. It can also be inspiring to check out other major league sports like the NBA or NLF to see what kind of creative they are using. " I like it because it shows that creativity is not something natural and that you need a source of motivation.

The second part I found meaningful is when -Kaylee, Pixel Pop Media Senior got asked "What was the interview process like when applying to work for the Pittsburgh Pirates?  and she explained how she has to go through 4 different interview before getting the Job offer. It means a lot for me because it shows how competitive it's to get the job, also how talented, hard working you have to be.

Last but not least, the third part that I found helpful is when Emma, Pixel Pop Media Freshman was asked "What qualifications would I need to get a well paying job in a Graphic Design field? " and she replied that " Education, experience, motivation, determination and creative skills are important qualifications for the Graphic Design field." Its helpful to me because I think knowing the qualification for something you will do most of your life is really important especially if you want to get a well paid job.
