farmer's Market project

 

We used the Photoshop filter to blur the background picture after that we used the marquee tool to create a circle. then we filled the circle with a foreground color. we also reduced the opacity to make the circle transparent. Finally we added a text " Farmer's Market" and we used the a dark color on swatches.
